		<description>Dear Sir/Madam,

I am professor of International Economic Law at university of Marrakech/MOROCCO.
Let me mention that I am an expert of UNCTAD in the field of International Investment Agreements. Moreover I was an expert, between 2003 and 2006, of the « WTO’s Institute on Technical Assistance » in area of Trade and Investment (in French language), for the region of African French Speaking Countries

I am planning with Colleagues (From Universities of Barcelona, Montpellier in France, Milan, Tunisia ) to create a Multinational Master’s Project entitled “International Trade Law and Sustainable FDI”, and which will eventually be funded by the European Commission for 2011-2013.
Just today 27 january, the prime Minister of Canada start a negociations on FTA betwwen Canada/Morocco in the City of Rabat. Given the fact that I am both Moroccan and Canadian citizen, I am wondering if the Investor-State Dispute Model of NAFTA will be applied to the 2 FTA with UE and also with Morocco. Note that UE and Morocco have signed an Advanced Statute on October 2008. And this latter include the negociation of a FTA and also the negociation of the Mechanism on Dispute Settlement.
I would be Happy, if you like, to send you 2 new Articles. The first one deal with the Advanced Statute of 2008 between UE/Morocco. The second one is entitled &quot;Do BIT, signed between UE and UAE, lead to more FDI?&quot;.

Kind Regards

Prof. Oudebji Mohamed
Faculty of law, university of
Marrakech-MOROCCO
